Contemplating Starting an OnlyFans?

Scroll down to satisfy your curiosity!

Am I even OnlyFans material?

To be honest, you shouldn't get into this industry unless you know for sure that you are even capable of doing well (there's just too many negative consequences to not get generously compensated for it).

The cold hard truth is that only a small percentage  of people can have success with OnlyFans. It is similar to being a professional athlete where its just not a fair playing field, with some possessing significant advantages over others.

But its not just beauty that matters (although beauty is important); there are several factors which contribute to how well you will do, which is explained on its own page below.

How much money can I realistically make?

A model's plateau income will vary greatly from person to person, and how much you will achieve depends on how well you embody the attributes stated above, and comparing your measurement of yourself to the data below.

A realistic breakdown of statistics is that out of all the non-celebrity females 18-45 years of age, who live in English-speaking countries, engage in a medium level of explicit content, and dedicate at least 12 hours per week to OnlyFans activities, the following is true*:

  • 50% are not OnlyFans material and have no hope of making a consistent >$1500 USD a month even with perfect execution.

  • 20% can reach a consistent $1500 to $3000 USD a month with competent execution but won't exceed this.

  • 15% can reach a consistent $3000 to $6000 USD a month with competent execution but won't exceed this.

  • 10% can reach a consistent $6000 to $12000 USD a month with competent execution but won't exceed this.

  • 4% can reach a consistent $12000 to $24,000 USD a month with competent execution but won't exceed this.

  • 1% have the capability to become elite, generating a consistent $24,000 to $48,000 USD a month.

  • 0.1% have the capability to become ultra-elite, generating a consistent >$48,000 USD a month.

For those who only wish to partake in a light level of explicit content (solo only), multiply each monetary figure by 0.33 (you'll make about a third of what you'd make with a medium level of explicit content).

These one's that have the capability to become elite or ultra-elite are women who look like those stated here in this slideshow.

*Note - I have studied this immensely and know these above figures to be true and valid, but only with proper execution. If you do not execute properly, it does not matter how beautiful you are; you will still fail to make meaningful income. The difference between a few general habits and strategies can be the difference between thousands of extra dollars per month, and this is not an exaggeration.

Do I need to do extreme things on camera to make money?

You never need to go more extreme than your comfortable with, but how far you go will dictate how much income you will make.

You may become satisfied with the income you are able to earn just from solo content, and if so, you can continue on with only that but you will have slower growth because it is typically harder to keep a Subscriber interested and resubscribed. However, there are many that just do solo content and do very well for themselves (in fact, most OnlyFans models only do solo and nothing else).

But if you decide you would like to make more income, you will need to progress to full-on sex content, because models who partake in that make a lot more (especially if they are okay with advertising their sex clips on Reddit, X (Twitter), etc.).

Going to the far extreme explicit level (such as cuckold, threesomes, gangbangs, etc.) is not necessary because it will not result in a proportionally increased amount of income, known as a "diminishing gains effect", therefore, your not missing out on much by forgoing this.

How much spare time will I need to dedicate to be successful?

For a beginner, the bare minimum you will need 7 hours per week (unless you hire an assistant or chatter) but should optimally aim for approximately 12+ hours per week; the more time you put in will result in more money being made.

If you become "elite" or "ultra elite", you will need to spend >14 hours a week due to the large volume of messages to answer, Paid Content to send, and "Other Extra's" (such as Dick Ratings, Custom Videos, Live Shows, Sexting, etc.) you will need to take care of.

Attractive models will be able to spend less time and still make good money, whereas average-looking ones will need to dedicate more time to make the same amount of money.

Do I need expensive equipment to get an OnlyFans started? Nope!

You can get started just with your cell phone camera and less than $250 USD of equipment (just 2 sizes of tripods and a phone holder for them).

When you get an income rolling, there's a few more optional items that could help you, but even if you got all of them you will never need to spend more than $1000 USD.

How long will it take to start earning a meaningful income?

Anything that promises large sums of instant OnlyFans money is unrealistic and a scam.

Just like any business, getting set up will take time.

The first 0 to 3 months you will not make any meaningful income; your time will be spent setting everything up and building your brand.

After that point, you will ramp up, with a compound (snowballing effect), reaching your peak capability after about 2 years of steady competent activity which you should be able to maintain until your mid 40's (unless you started as a 18-22 year old which is a time period you will likely never surpass).

Is it difficult to become successful?

It is surprisingly easy to make more money from OnlyFans than any other means available to you as an average-jane (day job, stripping, escorting) if:

  • You are at least a 7/10 in terms of looks.

  • Are willing to do more explicit activities such as full on Boy-Girl sex scenes and are sexually open minded.

  • Can spend at least 10 hours a week on it (the more the better with no limit on how much you commit; there's always content you could stockpile and stuff to do).

  • Perceive OnlyFans just as any other business and are able to learn and evolve as you progress.

  • You avoid long periods of dormant activity. You must use your time in the game to consistently compound (snowball effect) progressively over time, gaining more and more fans. You must leverage this momentum or you will lose this ability to compound over time.

You may struggle if you are or do the opposite of the above.

How long could it be before I leave my day job for OnlyFans?

You should stick with your day job for at least the first 6 to 12 months of starting OnlyFans just to see how it goes.

The average American makes $5000 USD a month working 40+ hours a week. The main advantage of OnlyFans is that you can generate an income with less time and effort than a 40-hour a week job. For example, you can spend 15 hours a week on running your OnlyFans and make as much as working 40 hours a week doing a full-time job.

If you are a >7/10 in looks, combined with being smart, and partake in a medium level of explicit content (explained here), it will be relatively easy to make more from OnlyFans than your day job as long as you execute well, and in some cases (such as if you look like the models shown here) you will make significantly more than you could ever make doing that or anything else (including stripping, escorting, etc.) within 1 to 2 years of consistent and competent activity.

Can I be successful as a "no-face" creator?

It is is difficult, but not impossible to pull off. It is best recommended with someone who does not have an attractive face but has a more attractive body and is willing to do both full-on boy-girl sex scenes and fetish content.

However it is near impossible to reach an elite level, and you will have to be content with making, as a maximum, a few thousand a month. The "no-face" creators who have had success are ones who started a long time ago when OnlyFans was new, but to start from scratch in todays OnlyFans is very difficult.

Also, some "no-face" creators eventually get outed anyways due to their other features, such as their voice, their partner's voice, tattoos, face/jaw shape, landmarks or clues in videos, etc.

I would only recommend doing it if you are okay with: not making as much money, are okay with posting free nude clips and pictures all over Reddit and X (Twitter), and have a niche specialty (for example being a redhead, having aesthetically perfect feet, Australian accent, large insertions, anal sex enthusiast,  etc.).

Will I be able to remove my internet presence after my retirement?

As you already know, there is no way to fully remove every piece of content of you on the internet or saved on people's devices.

However, contrary to popular belief, you can remove most of it! It will take time and money of course using a DCMA Copyright Scanner.

My partner and I were successful in removing 99% of the content from Google and 95% from Bing when her Stage Name combined with other keywords like "OnlyFans" and "porn" were entered.

The easiest trick to make your internet presence harder to find, is to use a generic Stage Name such as "Summer Corset" because someone searching for this will be swamped with pictures of the season of summer and corsets rather than you. And combined with a DCMA Scanner, over time your content will fade into the vast expanse of the internet, almost impossible to find.

What if I start but struggle and make way less than I thought I would?

If you are moderately attractive, you should be making at the very least a few thousand per month with >1 year of experience and if you are not, its because you are doing something grossly wrong.

Its like hearing someone say they're an awful cook and struggle to cook simple meals, and when you ask to see what they're doing, you are appalled at what they're doing (people who are bad at things are often oblivious to the simple stuff).

Cooking, OnlyFans, and any other skills can be greatly improved with just a few pointers.

It is also important to not expect a lot of income in your first 6 months; it's not until after this beginner time period of consistent brand building that you'll be making closer to your full potential.

If you are having issues, just send me an email and I can help you. I enjoy being useful and helpful to people, so your not bothering me.

What types of girls can become elite (>24k/month) level?

The non-celebrity models that become elite are the ones with something I call "The Look".

"The Look" can vary greatly but consists of:

  • An attractive  "girl/milf next door" appearance. This is someone who who no one would ever suspect to have an OnlyFans or get kinky on camera, but do. It comes in many forms, such as the soccer mom, classmate, dreamy step mom, employee, barely legal blonde, etc.

  • Being of Caucasian or Middle Eastern in appearance, who tend to do better due to cultural perceptions of beauty or taboo factor, however models of other races can do well too if they execute perfectly.

These girls/woman have the ability to become a millionaire in a few years of participation but only as long as they also have the psychological capability of being exposed to the world and are intelligent enough to run their OnlyFans business competently.

Check the slideshow below to get an idea of what "The Look" is.

All the women shown are raking in at minimum >20k USD/month, and are not celebrities or have had any mainstream media attention.

*Note - I have no relation with any of these models and I have never helped get any of these get to their level of success. I just noted them here as great examples of superstars who, by the "Fair Use Act", are using them as an example to better educate others on "The Look". If you are one of these models and aren't comfortable with me including you then please let me know and I'll remove you right away.

Slideshow

Holly

A perfect example of the milf next door/Stepmom, which is immensely popular (milfs often make more than those in their 30s).

An expert with Instagram, she doesn't use much anything else to advertise because she doesn't need to!

She really knows how to make Reels and get views.

If you look like the women above, you have a future in OnlyFans and have the ability to become "ultra-elite" after a couple years!

Some of these don't even execute strategy or operations very well, but with their sheer brute force beauty they still manage to make that much (if they learned to execute better, they'd make even more than the crazy amount they already are).

If I'm not the hottest girl out there (<6/10) can I still be successful?

Yes you can! Because even generating a few thousands (USD) of extra income per month can make it totally worth it.

And who says your less than a 6/10? Most women downgrade their beauty; most Caucasian women who are not overweight, are in decent shape, have longer hair, can make themselves appear a lot more attractive with the right lighting and camera angles. I have met many who thought they were too old, not attractive enough, didn't have the right body type, yet were completely wrong! This is because women are generally poor judges of what men find attractive (if I told you a huge amount of men prefer men in their 40's and an average BMI rather than skinny, most women wouldn't believe me but its true).

A <6/10 model can easily make much more income than >7/10 model if:

  • You have a better understanding of what works and what doesn't.

  • You work the "Athlete's Mindset" to maximize each improvable aspect of OnlyFans to have a stronger all-round execution (click here to see what this means).

  • You achieve efficiency with your time and effort, concentrated in the right places and avoid the time wasting stuff.

Because this is not just a game of looks alone, its a game of looks and competency combined together and if you don't have both you won't succeed.

Great examples of women who aren't knockouts (are averagely attractive) but still make thousands USD per month are:

  • Nurse P has a lovely down-to-earth personality makes thousands a month because she really embodies the real-life amateur milf next door.

  • Alexis Ainsley, along with so many others, makes thousands a month yet doesn't even show her face yet still makes an impressive income.

  • Cierra Mist consistently makes >10k/month because she really hammers her flight attendant niche, using YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram as good as anyone out there. She is successful even though she doesn't show much explicit content on her page.

  • Marie Kaleida consistently makes >10k/month due to her creative niche execution.

  • Jamie Smiles is somewhat BBW, consistently makes >30k/month due to her willingness to make high quality PPV content.

These girls are successful because they have very attractive personalities and embody their niche with precision, making them very attractive in the eyes of their fans!
